Quality Assurance Team

The Quality Assurance (QA) team is integral to ensuring that all deliverables in medical coding meet the highest standards of quality and compliance before reaching our clients. Our proactive approach focuses on maintaining client satisfaction and consistently meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

QA Team Responsibilities


Sample Collection and Quality Assessment: Prior to client delivery, the QA team collects samples from all ongoing projects to evaluate the final quality level of coded data. Thoroughly assess coding accuracy and adherence to established guidelines to ensure alignment with client expectations.


Quality Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly monitor samples against client SLAs to identify any quality dips or trends. In the event of identified discrepancies, the team will collect additional samples for a more comprehensive evaluation and corrective action.


Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Provide detailed and constructive feedback to the respective coding teams based on audit findings. Facilitate discussions on areas for improvement, promoting best practices to enhance overall coding quality.


Timely Delivery Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables are completed with accuracy and within established timelines, thereby contributing to the overall success of projects. Collaborate closely with coding teams to swiftly address any issues, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.


Client Engagement and Communication: Maintain proactive communication with clients to understand their expectations and gather feedback on deliverables. Utilize client insights to continuously refine QA processes and enhance service quality.
